Semi-Private Training offers all the same benefits as Personal Training, but instead of working 1-1 with one of our trainers, you will be working out alongside other individuals who love training in a small group environment. The workouts will still be individualized to meet your specific needs and goals.

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training is for those who prefer to work 1-1 with our trainers who might need more in-depth fitness coaching or injury-related personalized supervision while working out. All exercises are chosen based on individual goals and abilities.
