
YOUTH GROUP TRAINING
Whether you’re a beginner looking to just be more active or an athlete with your eye on going pro—or anyone in between—we’re dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Led by Nationally-Certified Personal Trainers with years of experience, our programs will not only help make you better, faster and stronger, we help you build confidence and character in a positive and fun environment.
Our youth group programs are for boys and girls ages 7+ with each session focusing on age-appropriate strengths, conditioning, endurance, tempo, agility, speed, plyometric and flexibility. We also offer 1-on-1 training, semi-private training and team workouts.

FAQs

We encourage child of all athletic abilities to get involved in or program. They will learn how to properly lift weights, build confidence and discipline, live a healthy lifestyle and much more.

There is no set age on when start them in the gym. If your child is already playing sports and able to focus enough on technique and skill to do the movements properly, then they are ready to be in a gym setting. By no means are we overloading them with weight, we primarily start with body weight exercises and then slowly progress into 5-8lbs dumbbells. We are teaching them how to properly lift weights, so we get the form and mechanics down first.

As you get into high school and college, you can start doing more sport-specific training. No matter what sport you play, you need a good foundation of strength and conditioning and to know the proper way of doing these movements. If you want more sport-specific training techniques, we can set you up with a Personal Trainer who specilizes in your sport and do 1-on-1 trainig for this.

We like to see everyone get at least 2 sessions per week with us to ensure we hit all muscle groups.

Yes, please email us at info@fourhundredfitnessclub.com to set up a team training. We charge $200/hr with a minimum of 8 kids, and no more than 12. Each team session is an hour long and led by 2 Personal Trainers.
